A Story Mash-Up (and our Longest Running Workshop)

A tried-and-true (and often noisy) recipe for fun! Students work in two groups to create a setting and main character, then bring the two together to write the beginning of a group story. An artist draws along in real-time, bring their ideas to life.

After each student independently writes and illustrates their own endings, we collect their work into a class book, allowing them to see just how many directions the story went in.
